Shout out to Mel who not only showed us through our selection for our bathroom renovation, but explained how each product functioned and gave us an honest opinion. We selected tapware and vanity/ basin purely on love. Mel explained later that we had chosen the best quality of product based on her 10yr plus experience. Mel also reassured us that this was our bathroom and she wanted us to " have what we wanted "- but also recommend products based on function/ quality not price. When the tiles we finally chose were deleted, she immediately set a out finding a similar product. She even sought out the help of colleague Amy, to ensure we had the right tile. When faced with tradie availability( or lack thereof), she assisted us with recommending a sound and reliable tradesman..of whom we had already reached out to! She was able to fast track our quote because of her impeccable reputation. Mario from GBR came to quote because she " put in a reliable word". As a 50 + - I seldom see this kind of commitment to detail and customer service/satisfaction. I was afforded the courtesy of frequent updates re the delivery of my bathroom product. Mel even assisted with delivery- which can be challenging with my Night Duty Roster. I am excited to see the completion if the renovation which had now started.
