To do this, we order these products specially for your project (otherwise, we’d need a warehouse the size of the MCG to house all our beautiful products!). In other words, our product offering is completely customised to you, and we work with you to ensure you’re getting the right product for your space and requirements.
We want you to love what you’ve selected, but if you’d like to return a product, you may be eligible for a refund or store credit if it falls within the following conditions:

If you notice any discrepancies or damage to the goods on your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can investigate and resolve this for you. You can request a return using the form below.
As goods may be stored on building sites and moved around, we cannot accept damage claims after this 48-hour period as we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred.
Any custom-made, made-to-order, or indent products are not included in our returns policy. This includes custom tapware and accessories, vanities, shaving cabinets, and concrete products.
Returns on discontinued goods, ex-display sale items, open cartons, and price-matched items will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns once the product has been installed or used. Installation or the attempt to install any product is classified as accepted by the customer, builder, and or tradesperson.
